Tösh-Bulak Waterfall, also known as Belogorka Waterfall or Sokuluk Waterfall, is a mountain hiking destination in the Sokuluk Gorge, Chüy Region, Kyrgyzstan. Its roughly 60-metre drop and surrounding valley make it an option for a nature-focused day trip from Bishkek.
What to see
The waterfall is the main destination, but leave time to appreciate the valley on the approach. Look for views of the mountain slopes, riverside vegetation and the contrast between moving water and rock. Bring a camera, keeping it protected from spray near the falls.
Getting there from Bishkek
Plan your journey toward Sokuluk and the Tösh-Bulak / Belogorka area, then confirm the onward road and walking route locally. Road conditions farther into the gorge can be rough, so discuss access and a suitable stopping point with your driver.

Planning the hike
Expect several kilometres of walking; some route descriptions give approximately 3 km each way. The actual distance depends on where your vehicle stops. Allow extra time for photographs, breaks and the return journey.
The final approach becomes steeper. Assess the route against your group's experience and the day's conditions rather than assuming it is suitable for all beginners or children.

At the waterfall
View the falls from stable ground and keep clear of slippery rocks and the falling water. Do not assume there is a safe swimming pool. Check weather and access conditions before leaving, arrange your return transport and carry out all rubbish.
